Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn, and undamaged products that are still in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to get a different model, color, or design, you will need to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all components and documentation.

Any items returned after the 7-day period, or items that show signs of use or damage, will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality control reasons. These include:
Watches that have been worn, sized, or adjusted.
Products showing physical damage, misuse, or alterations.
Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. The return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility and must include tracking information. We strongly recommend using a reliable courier with proof of delivery.
Return Inspection:
After we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. Once approved, you will be notified via email. If the return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be received in the same condition as when shipped. If the item arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing components, it will not be eligible for return.
We encourage customers to take clear photos of the product before shipping it back and to ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any transit damage.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Style Watches does not provide prepaid return labels. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the packaging and product, along with your order number. We will investigate and provide appropriate return instructions. In such cases, if verified, we may cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Timeframe
Once we receive your return, please allow 2 business days for inspection and processing. Approved returns will then move to the refund process, which is outlined separately in our Refund Policy.
Refusal of Returns
Style Watches reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or that are received without prior authorization. Returned items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

- We do not accept walk-in returns at our business address. All returns must be mailed.
