General Shipping Overview
All orders placed through stylewatches.store are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within the United States. We currently ship to all major cities and regions within the U.S. Our goal is to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition and within the stated timeframe.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of $16 USD per order. This fee covers packaging, handling, and delivery costs. There are no additional taxes or hidden fees beyond the total amount shown at checkout.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Times
Our order cut-off time aligns with our business hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00).
Orders placed within business hours are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Handling Time
Each order goes through a handling period of 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During this time, our team carefully inspects, packages, and prepares your items for shipment.
Transit and Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery generally takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier’s route.
This means the total estimated delivery time (from order placement to delivery) ranges between 4 to 9 business days.
While most orders arrive sooner, please understand that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand seasons.
Shipping Carriers
We use reliable and trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery of your order. The choice of carrier may vary based on your delivery address, order size, and available shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after order confirmation, please contact our support team.
Delivery Address
Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify the address or reroute the package.
Missed Deliveries and Re-Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the carrier leaves a notice, it is your responsibility to follow the instructions for re-delivery or pickup. If the order is returned to us due to non-delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the package.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We also cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted zones.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. However, if your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that Style Watches is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier errors or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
- Tracking the package using the provided tracking number.
- Receiving the order at the provided address during the expected delivery period.
Covering the cost of return shipping labels when returning an item (as explained in our Return & Refund Policy).
Delays Due to External Factors
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, external factors such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen logistic disruptions may occasionally cause delays. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified.
